Las tabletas de Bicarbonato Sódico te ayudan a cargarte de bicarbonato sódico antes del entrenamiento o una carrera, aumentando así tu resistencia en el sprint a través de una menor acidez muscular. 

La forma encapsulada del Bicarbonato Sódico resuelve su principal problema: el mal sabor. De esta manera, no percibes el sabor de su contenido y puedes regular fácilmente los niveles de pH en tu cuerpo, lo que reducirá la acumulación de ácido láctico y los calambres musculares. 

¡Utiliza Bicarbonato Sódico para aumentar tu resistencia por encima del umbral de lactato y reducir la acidez muscular!

grote pillen, weinig effect

Heel grote pillen die niet in te slikken zijn in 1 keer. Na het breken vallen deze wel in te slikken maar ik heb er geen positieve effecten van gemerkt.

Natriumbicarbonaat heeft tijd en een specifieke dosering (afgesteld op je lichaamsgewicht) nodig om het zuurtransport in de spieren optimaal te ondersteunen. Omdat het vrij zwaar op de maag kan vallen, combineren veel atleten het met een kleine maaltijd of nemen ze de dosering in meerdere stappen.

Lactate buffering

I have seen the best outcome in 5k up to 16k (1 hour) races. If you take them 2h before the start then I don’t feel any numbness in my feet because of the faster start than the race average tempo. It basically allows you to attack those shorter distances from the start. No worries to hinder your overall result when starting 10-15 s/km faster than your average pace.

Why put milk in sodium bicarbonate?! Should be pure. No good for people with diary allergies

Il prodotto è valido, la formulazione in capsule consente di assumere i quantitativi indicati dai vari protocolli senza incorrere in problemi gastro-intestinali. Una stella in meno per l'aumento del 100% del costo con il nuovo packaging, la vecchia confezione conteneva il doppio delle capsule e spesso in offerta si trovava al prezzo dell'attuale. Spero che ci sarà qualche offerta anche su questa nuova confezione visto che alla fine parliamo di semplice bicarbonato di sodio..cmq ottimo, consigliato

Odličan proizvod! Ali definitivno borba sa konzumiranjem tih tableta - jednostavno su prevelike za tu količinu koja se preporuča konzumirati, iskreno bi popio 30-40 manjih tableta, a da su oble nego ovako duguljaste koje stvaraju nelagodu i borbu prilikom konzumacije. Probao ih i prepoloviti ali i dalje problem.
